We deliver within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. Delivery is free on orders over €65, otherwise a flat fee of €5.95 applies. If you need a price for other countries (e.g. Canary Islands or outside Spain), contact us and we’ll quote you.

How much is delivery and where do you ship?
Do I pay extra taxes or import fees?
No — all taxes and costs are included. There are no surprise charges on delivery.
What happens if nobody is home when my order arrives?
The courier will usually try again the next working day and may contact you to rearrange delivery or collection. After three attempts, uncollected parcels may be returned and refunded (excluding delivery).
Can I pick up my order?
Yes — free Click & Collect is available from our Mijas Costa and Marbella stores.
What is your returns policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to cancel and return orders (except sale/clearance items). Contact us first to get a Return Authorisation Number (RMA).
Do I get a refund if I return something?
Yes — we refund the price of the item back to the card used, usually within 5 days of receiving the return.
Are there any returns you don’t accept?
Unless faulty, we cannot accept returns on pillows, duvets, and mattress toppers/protectors for hygiene reasons.
Can I exchange an item instead of getting a refund?
Yes. For exchanges, if the new item costs more you pay the difference; if less, we refund the difference (plus any new delivery charge).
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely online by credit/debit card. If you have trouble paying online, we may be able to take card payments over the phone or by bank transfer — just ask us.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes — we offer interest-free “Buy Now, Pay Later” options at checkout (e.g., Klarna etc.).
How do I know what size to buy?
Bed sizes vary by country and manufacturer. If you’re not sure what fits your bed, measure your mattress first and message us for help — we’ll make sure you pick the right size.
What’s the difference between thread counts?
Thread count affects feel and durability — lower counts can be crisp and breathable, higher counts feel smoother and more luxurious. We can explain ranges and help you choose based on comfort and care.
Do you sell products for holiday homes or hotels?
Yes — we supply quality, durable linen perfect for holiday rentals, guest houses, and hotels, including hard-wearing cotton range designed for frequent washing.
